Hi Greens after Denmark meeting COP 15 we need to put much efforts and our energies on Climate change adaptation as is key to ensuring that the world saves itself from the serious effects arising from the distortion in climatic patterns.


There is also a need to have a well organized framework to clearly articulate issue of climate change because the current flurry of organizations that have sprung up to try and address the dangers of climate change are causing more confusion than helping the situation.


Many organization have jumped onto the bandwagon without first of all understanding the delicate issues on the subject.


Hence we propose let first of all understand what climate change is, then try to apply it to the current situation and interrogate the stories before putting them into the public arena,because we all realize,Climate change is a change in the elements of climate over a period of time, this could be over 30 years.

What bothers us is how many people deeply understand Climate Change and its impacts

Your ans is good as mine-very few population knows what Climate Change is but majority just hears about it,some have read about it but have they comprehended it?


It is the anthropogenic climate change, also known as global warming which has seen a rise in temperatures, melting of glaciers on some of the mountain caps especially in Africa has been attributed to climate change.


We suggest and urge for knowledge sharing among the people and governments on the continent to help understand climate change, its effects and how to put in place adaptation measures towards climate change.
